At the meeting, Luo Shihua, chairman of the company, made a work report entitled "Gathering Wisdom to Expand the Land, Concentrate on Tackling Tough Problems, and Strive to Start the Grand Journey of "Rebuilding Two New Kailong" in Five Years". The report comprehensively reviews the company's work in 2025, systematically summarizes the achievements made in the past year, and analyzes the shortcomings faced by the company's development.

 

 

The report deeply analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced in 2026, and clarifies the core work measures of the "five deepenings": deepen organizational construction, promote the deep integration of party building and production and operation, and activate the red development engine; Deepen reform, optimize the governance structure, establish a "one enterprise, one policy" precise assistance mechanism for loss-making units, revitalize idle assets, and strengthen risk prevention and control; Deepen innovation-driven, focus on technical pain points in civil explosive equipment, modern industry, green mines and other sectors, and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into market competitiveness; deepen market development, promote the coordinated efforts of the five major sectors of civil explosive equipment, modern industry, blasting services, green mines, and new materials to build a diversified growth pattern; Deepen democracy and people's livelihood, effectively protect the rights and interests of employees, build a growth platform, and unite the joint efforts of all employees.

At the meeting, the report on the use of business entertainment expenses, the report on the investigation and management of potential safety hazards, the report on the implementation of the proposals of the Third Eighth Workers' Congress, the report on the implementation of collective contracts and special contracts, the report on the operation of the employee medical mutual aid fund and the proposal to adjust the participation in the mutual aid and security activities of employees were also heard.

The participants believed that the terms of the collective contract text in 2026 will be more quantitative, more pragmatic, more powerful, and more standardized, which not only demonstrates that enterprises attach great importance to the rights and interests of employees, but also delineates a clear path for the smooth performance and practical implementation of subsequent contracts.

At the meeting on the 28th, all official representatives voted to elect the collective negotiation representatives of the company's employees and the employee representatives attending the first employee congress of Yangtze River Industrial Group. The conference deliberated, approved and signed the company's 2026 collective contract and special contract, and voted on important documents such as the resolution of the first workers' congress of the fourth session.
