The "Synthetic Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction Technical Transformation Project" uses an alcohol alkylation cycle machine that is only used during startup and shutdown as a backup machine for the ammonia synthesis cycle, increasing the circulation volume and reducing the power consumption of the cycle machine. At the same time, it uses lithium bromide cooling and optimizes the hydrogen-to-nitrogen ratio adjustment. With the addition of a small amount of equipment and facilities (only a few valves and corresponding pipelines are added), the production of liquid ammonia per hour is increased by 2 tons, and the power consumption per ton of ammonia is reduced by 16 degrees. Compared with ammonia synthesis units of the same scale, the ammonia synthesis energy-saving and consumption-reducing technology of this project has increased the cycle volume by 8% compared with traditional ammonia synthesis technology, the liquid ammonia output has increased by 8.2%, and the power consumption per ton of ammonia has decreased by 1.3%. This has improved the process operation flexibility of the unit, increased the ammonia synthesis cycle machine backup, and greatly ensured the long-term stable operation of the unit.

The "Research Project on the Utilization of Low-Pressure Steam and Low-Level Heat Energy from Synthetic Ammonia By-Products" applies heat pump technology to efficiently convert low-grade waste heat in the production of synthetic ammonia into usable saturated steam for power generation, while recovering steam condensate as desalted water. After the project is put into operation, it will recover more than 60,000 tons of low-pressure steam annually, increase power generation by about 4 million degrees, recover 60,000 tons of steam condensate, and create annual economic benefits of more than 3 million yuan.

The "Research and Promotion of Granular Water-Soluble Fertilizer Containing Medium and Trace Nitrohumic Acid" project is the first in the industry to use nitrohumic acid granular water-soluble fertilizer rich in medium and trace elements. Compared with traditional compound fertilizers, it has higher fertilizer utilization and soil improvement capabilities. At the same time, microbial inoculants and extracts are added to promote soil ecological balance and comply with national green standards. High-efficiency chemical fertilizers and the policy guidance of human health development are a differentiated trend product that reduces weight, increases efficiency, improves quality and income, and helps promote the development of agriculture in a green, efficient, and sustainable direction.
