氨醇事业部圆满完成PSA提氢丝网安装及吸附剂装填

　　(通讯员薛德华) 湖北凯龙楚兴化工集团有限公司氨醇事业部“合成氨节能环保技改项目”项目整改后试生产在即，4月4日、5日，利用清明节小长假，精心策划、科学组织、合理安排、抢抓时机，顺利完成了PSA提氢吸附塔底部2983米丝网安装及744吨吸附剂的装填。

　　自从新装置首次试生产整改项目基本结束以来，连续多日阴雨连绵，给PSA提氢吸附塔底部丝网安装及吸附剂装填工作带来诸多不便，氨醇事业部总监杨国富和其他领导心急如焚，考虑到项目建设不能再无止境地拖延了，要有等不起的紧迫感、慢不得的危机感。天不生绝人之路，在天气预报中了解到4月4日-5日是晴天后，杨国富当机立断，决定利用这两天天气晴好时机进行安装和装填。

　　由于本次安装和装填数量大任务重，其中装填活性炭630吨、活性氧化铝50吨、瓷球64吨，铺设丝网2983米，需要装填人员较多、时间较长，同时赶上清明节小长假要利用休息时间，圆满完成装填任务需要克服重重困难。

　　为了保证本次丝网安装和吸附剂的装填质量、安全、进度，事业部制定了安装装填方案，明确了总指挥、现场负责人、安全监管人、设备、技术负责人，同时对准备工作、装填方法、装填参数、注意事项等精准细化，所有部门在装填时都在现场各负其责、各司其职。

　　4月2日，设备科提前做好装填机械和用具的准备，生产调度科做好人员组织和协调工作，质量技术科做好装填方案的确认，安全环保科做好安全风险交底，另外邀请了设备和吸附剂厂家技术人员到现场进行技术指导，确保装填准确无误。

　　在装填组织过程中，由生产调度科现场协调，对人员科学分工分组，共分三个组，即，吸附剂转运组，从仓库将吸附剂拉到现场;地面倒料组，将吸附剂从包装袋里倒入装料斗，便于吊装;塔上装填组，负责将吸附剂从料斗倒入塔内。吸附剂对装填质量有很高要求，装填过程中对人员精心组织，确保整个现场安全有序进行。期间每天早上6：30上班，晚上19:00下班，中午在现场吃盒饭。现场装填过程中，没有一个人叫苦叫累，每天下班时个个浑身湿透透的，但人人脸上都露出了欣慰笑容。经过两天的奋战，顺利完成PSA提氢丝网安装及吸附剂装填，为公司预定4月底整改后试生产成功赢得了更坚实、可靠的保障。
